Applications
Evaluation Criteria - Priority consideration will be given to projects and programs that:
- Encourage and stimulate others to participate
- Have potential for long-term impact
- Do not duplicate existing services
- Address a need affecting a broad segment of at risk women and children or special populations
- Encourage collaboration
- Demonstrate sound financial planning and the ability to mobilize resources including financial support, in-kind support, and volunteers to sustain the project or program
Lower priority consideration will be given to requests for:
- General operating expenses
- Annual fund drives
- Endowment
Generally, grants range in size from $500 to $25000
Seed grants to implement a new program will only be considered if there is a sound plan for sustainability.
The grant submission deadline is December 31st. Grantees will be notified of acceptance by March 1st.
